Kenzo Tanaka
President
Mr. Tanaka worked on Factory Automation Design, CAD applications and the introduction of PDM in SII. for the first seven years of his career.
Mr. Tanaka consulted for the next nine years on product development process improvements for various manufacturers.
His clients have included a major business machines manufacturer, a major heavy industrial equipment manufacturer, a major automobile parts maker,
a vacuum equipment manufacturer, a maker of residential kitchen and bath built-ins, an electronic measuring instruments maker, a construction equipment manufacturer, and an in-vehicle audio products maker.
Mr. Tanaka joined ADS in 2007.
His main strengths are his expertise in product development process improvement, and in consultations on PDM systems introduction and deployment.
He is skilled in problem solving using TOC (Theory of Constraints) implementations.
Yuichi Kotani
PDM Technical Manager
In the first eleven years of his career, Mr. Kotani managed the introduction of CAD and PDM in the watch department of SII.
He developed a BOM (Bill of Materials) system.
He also supported the usage of CAD in SII overseas branches.
Afterwards, he worked at a PLM consulting firm for eight years.
Mr. Kotani consulted on the use of CAD and PDM tools in product development processes at a variety of manufacturers.
His clients have included a major business machines manufacturer,
a vacuum thin-film deposition equipment manufacturer and an automobile parts maker.
Mr. Kotani joined ADS in 2007.
His principal expertise is in the upgrading of product development processes, and in consultations regarding the establishment of PDM systems.
Junichi Okazaki
CAD Technical Manager
For the first thirteen years of his career, Mr. Okazaki worked for an engineering subsidiary of Sumitomo Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., primarily managing mechanical design of a hydraulic excavator.
He then joined the development section of a medical equipment maker for the next two years, where his principal work was management of mechanical design.
Afterwards, he worked for a PLM consulting firm for five years.
Using CAD and PDM, Mr. Okazaki has managed consultations regarding product development processes and CAD utilization improvement for
a wide range of clients including a major heavy industrial equipment maker, a maker of residential kitchen and bath built-ins, and a vacuum thin-film deposition equipment manufacturer.
Mr. Okazaki joined ADS in 2007.
His principal expertise is in improvement of client product development processes, and in consultations on CAD system usage.
Yuji Hasumi
CAD Technical Adviser
Mr. Hasumi worked in the product development section of the Pioneer Corporation, where he managed the mechanical design of commercial karaoke systems equipment and next-generation CATV system equipment for the first eleven years of his career.
He then joined the development section of a LED maker for six years, working on the development of Japan’s largest LED display for use by the Japanese railway system.
His specialty at the LED maker was mechanical design.
Mr. Hasumi joined ADS in 2009.
Mr. Hasumi’s expertise covers the entirety of business process improvement-from the product development process through manufacturing, and includes the capability of consulting on CAD and PDM system optimization.
